Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts
- Enhance store presentation through visual merchandising and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to resolve operational challenges and ensure store readiness for daytime operations
- Monitor security protocols and report safety concerns during low-traffic periods
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM) including weekends
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse customer populations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Basic inventory management experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
