Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and loyalty
- Meet/exceed daily sales targets through product knowledge and upselling
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Visual merchandising and inventory management
- Train new staff on products and sales techniques
- Participate in weekly sales strategy meetings

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
