- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and sales assistance
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions with 100% accuracy
- Process inventory shipments, stock displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and promotional campaign execution
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve store performance metrics
- Ensure security protocols are followed during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during evening shifts
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
