Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Execute inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising during night shifts
- Operate POS systems with 100% accuracy while processing transactions
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize average order value
- Maintain store security protocols during overnight operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
- Conduct nightly floor resets and promotional displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts including weekends/holidays
- Expertise in cash handling, inventory systems, and POS technology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30 lbs
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
