Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, including product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute nightly merchandising tasks including restocking, planogram compliance, and visual presentation
- Conduct store security protocols including inventory checks and access control
- Collaborate with overnight team to maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness
- Assist with receiving shipments and inventory management during low-traffic periods
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
