Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry to determine their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by consistently meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets.
- Process all sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
