Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, driving sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and manage cash handling procedures
- Merchandise and maintain store displays, ensuring visual standards align with brand guidelines
- Conduct inventory counts and stock replenishment during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with night crew to implement loss prevention protocols and store security measures
- Train on new product launches and seasonal promotions to drive sales performance
- Support store opening/closing procedures including alarm systems and safe operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales ability
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred for inventory logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
