- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock merchandise according to company standards
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising excellence
- Collaborate with night crew to achieve sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work full-time night shift schedule
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
