- Provide exceptional customer service during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Stock shelves and maintain store appearance during overnight operations
- Assist with inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless store operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license (for occasional store errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to/from late-night shifts
