Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Monitor store security during night operations and implement loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with overnight staff to maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
- Participate in inventory counts and stock reconciliation processes
- Support store opening/closing procedures and end-of-day reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of retail loss prevention practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
