Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure store cleanliness throughout shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible evening schedules (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficient with point-of-sale technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
