Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge during evening hours
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with receiving shipments
- Collaborate with night team to ensure seamless store operations
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
