- Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Collaborate with overnight team for store preparation and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience required
- Proven sales ability with strong closing and upselling techniques
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
