Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stocking shelves to maintain optimal product availability.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and workflow continuity.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales targets and store revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
