Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Cash handling and reconciliation duties.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
