Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed targets
- Present product solutions to C-level executives and procurement teams
- Close deals and manage full sales cycle from lead to contract signing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across Chicago metro
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and pipeline
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless client handoffs
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work night shift (Monday-Friday, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in competitive markets
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in independent, self-directed work environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Chicago market knowledge preferred
