Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through targeted evening field visits in Chicago metropolitan area
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to commercial clients during night hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships while meeting/exceeding monthly sales quotas
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track sales pipeline, and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with day-shift team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Submit comprehensive daily activity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales experience with documented track record of quota achievement
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for evening field visits
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team communication
- Flexibility to work night shifts (Monday-Sunday, 6 PM - 2 AM) with rotating weekends
