Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with 15-20 key accounts across Detroit's industrial corridor
- Conduct evening client meetings and site visits (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM schedule)
- Execute strategic cold calling and prospecting in Detroit's 24/7 business districts
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling
- Leverage CRM system to track pipeline and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless account transitions
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years outside sales experience with proven B2B track record
- Availability for 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM shift (Sunday-Thursday)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Detroit's industrial landscape
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
