Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with commercial clients during evening hours (10 PM - 6 AM) across San Diego County
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new market segments
- Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and value-driven solutions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with daytime teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with documented commission achievements
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation for client visits
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in high-pressure situations
