Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for B2B clients
- Close deals and exceed monthly revenue targets with minimal supervision
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and follow-ups
- Analyze market trends to identify new revenue opportunities
- Represent the brand professionally at evening client events and meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work night shifts (Sunday-Thursday, 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in competitive markets
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Residency in El Paso metro area required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
