- Develop and execute outside sales strategies targeting commercial clients during evening and weekend hours
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations at client sites or neutral locations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships while expanding territory coverage
- Exceed quarterly sales targets through consistent prospecting and closing techniques
- Utilize CRM system to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless client handoffs and service continuity
- Submit detailed weekly sales reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven outside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Strong evening/weekend availability and comfort with night shift schedule
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills in B2B environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to independently manage territory and schedule
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Experience in Chicago's commercial market preferred
