Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems during night shift hours (8 PM - 5 AM EST)
- Develop tailored solutions for B2B clients in SaaS and technology sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Document interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handovers
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions and training workshops

Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Strong time management and organization abilities
