Job Overview
In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients during the night hours. You will leverage your consultative selling skills to convert leads into loyal customers, ensuring our brand remains top-of-mind while the market sleeps.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to qualified leads.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track customer interactions and pipeline progression.
- Present product solutions and pricing structures to prospective clients with confidence.
- Close deals and secure contracts within the designated shift timeframe.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless handoffs and customer continuity.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid office setting.
