Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and outbound prospecting calls across Michigan and Pennsylvania territories
- Build rapport with potential clients through consultative selling techniques
- Meet/exceed monthly sales quotas using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales workshops
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional client visits
