Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads across California and New York markets during night shift hours (10PM-6AM EST)
- Execute consultative sales presentations via phone and video conferencing
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ lead conversion rate
- Collaborate with West Coast account managers during handover periods
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions and forecast sales
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with cross-regional teams
- Develop territory-specific sales plans using market intelligence data
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Availability to work consistent night shifts (Monday-Friday 10PM-6AM EST)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Experience selling high-value solutions ($5k-$50k+ contracts)
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline management and forecasting
- Self-motivated with demonstrated uncapped commission success
