Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across North Carolina and Georgia
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with day-team counterparts for seamless client handoffs
- Document sales activities in Salesforce and provide weekly performance insights
- Participate in quarterly sales strategy sessions with regional leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST (Monday-Friday)
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
