Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Present product solutions to potential clients across diverse industries
- Close deals and maintain accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets with uncapped commission structure
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless client handoffs
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research during off-peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to refine sales techniques and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Availability to work night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM EST) consistently
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-driven environment
