Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to qualified leads during evening hours (7 PM - 3 AM CT)
- Build rapport and present solutions to B2B clients across multiple industries
- Exceed monthly sales targets through strategic follow-up and negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless client handoffs and continuity
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with verifiable commission history
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional phone presence and virtual communication skills
