Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and digital prospecting during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and maintain detailed CRM records
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle customer objections effectively
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and refine approaches
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in night shift schedule
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during remote hours
- Valid US work authorization and reliable home office setup
