Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify leads and close high-value SaaS contracts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Utilize Salesforce and Outreach to manage pipeline and document all interactions
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless handoffs and cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine pitch techniques and objection handling
- Track performance against KPIs including conversion rates and average deal size
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with documented commission achievements
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Availability to work full-time night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and adjust strategies
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetups in Fresno area
