Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to enterprise clients across North America during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Utilize Salesforce and proprietary CRM to manage 50+ qualified leads daily
- Close 15-20 deals monthly exceeding $50K in total contract value
- Collaborate with daylight sales teams for seamless handoffs and account coverage
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations via virtual conferencing platforms
- Exceed monthly KPIs including conversion rates and average deal size
- Document all interactions in CRM with 100% accuracy within SLA
- Participate in bi-weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional closing skills with demonstrated deal sizes >$25K
- Ability to thrive in remote night shift environment with self-discipline
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual presentation tools
