Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify 15-20 new business opportunities daily through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Execute consultative sales presentations tailored to prospect needs and pain points
- Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and campaign effectiveness
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and weekly activity reports
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in continuous skills development through weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven inside sales or business development experience
- Expertise in consultative selling techniques and objection handling
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Strong time management skills with ability to thrive in autonomous environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work 11 PM - 8 AM EST Monday-Friday with flexibility for peak periods
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation
