Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and upselling premium products
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Act as brand ambassador by maintaining product knowledge and company values
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
