Responsibilities

- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining store KPIs
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and sales floors
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on inventory
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and merchandising aptitude
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license (if required for store transfers)
