Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate and promote products with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising to maintain a polished store appearance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing foot traffic and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
