Responsibilities
- Drive sales revenue by actively engaging with customers and identifying their needs.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in maintaining store organization, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and support store operations.
- Stay informed about products and services to offer informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
