Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the store with a professional and friendly demeanor, even during late hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize merchandise during the quiet hours of the night.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean, safe, and organized.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations and store readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods.
