Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during night shift hours, addressing inquiries and providing product expertise
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving/exceeding nightly targets
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation remains impeccable overnight
- Collaborate with night shift team to inventory stock, replenish displays, and prepare for next day operations
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and identify upsell opportunities
- Adhere to all security protocols during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven commission track record
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM), weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport in diverse customer environments
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail technology
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential store transfers)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
