Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to attract and retain customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
