Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Execute in-store visual merchandising and inventory management
- Train and mentor new sales associates on product knowledge and sales processes
- Collaborate with team to create a positive shopping experience
- Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct sales experience in retail environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new categories quickly
- Proficiency with POS systems and sales analytics tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
