Responsibilities
- Proactively engage customers with consultative selling techniques to maximize sales conversions
- Exhibit thorough product knowledge across 200+ SKUs to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Consistently meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement seasonal promotions and sales campaigns
- Document customer preferences and purchase history to personalize future interactions
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation and upselling skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 0-2 years retail/customer service experience (internships welcome)
- Proven ability to thrive in commission-based environments with uncapped earning potential
