Responsibilities
- Drive sales through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics
- Operate POS systems efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with store teams to create exceptional in-store experiences
- Stay updated on product knowledge and seasonal promotions
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or B2B sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license for Virginia market support
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
