Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing pilot programs for experimental technologies
- Present visionary strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformative initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Future Studies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management highly desirable
