Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to forecast market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline tracking and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Publish thought leadership in industry foresight publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation thought leadership
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
