Responsibilities

- Lead ideation sessions with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Drive adoption of emerging tech through internal skunkworks projects and pilot programs
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience publishing white papers or books on future scenarios
- Deep network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
