Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework for the organization
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for multiple future states
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience leading high-stakes cross-functional initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and public speaking expertise
