Responsibilities

- Present trend insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive scenario planning for global market shifts and regulatory changes
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research in futurist or innovation journals
- Experience with horizon scanning and scenario planning frameworks
- Global network with innovation thought leaders
