Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight
- 12+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in future-focused roles
- Published research on disruptive technologies or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of executing future-oriented initiatives
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and sustainable innovation
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
