Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, future-proof AI infrastructure and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Researchers.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic Computing and AGI pathways.
- Translate high-level business strategies into robust, technical architectural blueprints.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of AI deployment, ensuring high availability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Mentor junior staff and establish rigorous engineering standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and LLMs.
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven history of leading technical teams through rapid scaling and innovation.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and AI ethics.
