Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architecture for autonomous AI agents (Agentic AI) using LLMs and Reinforcement Learning.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI-driven products from research to production deployment.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency at scale.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of AI agents.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-centric applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT).
- Demonstrated success in deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
